Made a trip down to SLC last weekend to car shop, see “Horton Hears a Who” and watch the Jazz dismantle Denver, 135 to 102. Good times, as usual. Savor every minute of Spring folks. It’s almost here. I’m sick of snow. Winter can kiss it. We’re moving somewhere warm before it snows next year. Blech!

Sam is in CTR 5 this year and he was excited to get dressed in his new church clothes today. He’s a cute lil’ guy.
We took this before our little New Year’s Eve shindig. Here’s hoping all your wildest dreams come true in 2008.

2007 was a great year in many ways and not so good in other ways. We got new little TJ, Boyd started a GREAT new business, many of you got raises, Humble sold his practice, Rod passed the CPA exam and pa and I made it through the whole year on our mission. We did lose Grandma, dad moved from the old place, Rod and Boyd had wrecks, but every one is healthy, we have another new baby in the works, the Gospel is True, and we have so very many blessings. I’m looking forward to a GREAT 2008! Be safe and Happy New year to you all. This is what we did on New Years EVE, we went to the burned village and these are the new houses and the old ones. The village people were very happy and so are we.
I took the kids sledding today and we had a blast. Sam was the brave one this time around and Emma was a little recalcitrant to go full bore. I still can’t feel my toes, but I did get to eat Oreos and drink hot chocolate after. I figured adding another one or two pounds to the holiday five (or six…or seven) would be A-OK. Happy New Year!

The sun poked one sliver of light over the mountains and the kids were up and ready to rip! We had a nice, travel-free, lazy Christmas morning. Grandpa Dan came up in the afternoon with Mary and Jeannie for turkey dinner and more presents. And yes, we got Rockband. And yes, it was a Christmas miracle. And yes, it’s the most excited I’ve been since I got the Millennium Falcon when I was seven. I hope everyone else had a wonderful day!
PS - Yeah, someone read the blog and bought me that “Don’t Tase Me, Bro!” t-shirt. Thanks Emma (SANDY!!)!

Merry Christmas! Thanks to Scott and Kim for the hospitality! You guys all ROCK! Be safe!

…Once we know
That we are
We’re all stars
And we see that
We’re all in this together
And it shows
When we stand
Hand in hand
Make our dreams come true!
Emma and I had so much fun at the “High School Musical on Ice” show Friday night! We sang, danced, watched and just had a gay old time! Here are a few photos….
