A Kung Fu Panda Review

Today my family, my Aunt Mary, and I went too see “Kung Fu Panda”. I have to admit there were some parts where I was like “what’s going to happen” or “oh boy.” Please don’t take that the wrong way and please, please don’t say “Sorry kids we’re not going to see Kung Fu Panda.” “Why Mom and Dad?” “Because Emma’s review said it was a little bit scary.” Yes folks do not do that because then your kids will never talk to me again. Anyway, it was really funny, these two little girls in front of me were laughing so hard. My opinion is it’s funny, it’s full of fun action, and it is more then I thought it would be. Here are 5 reasons: 1.It is so funny. 2.The movie didn’t break down like it usually does at that movie theater. 3. Most of the theater was laughing. 4.It was one of the greatest movies so far this year. 5.It’s a great movie for any age. So what are you waiting for GO SEE KUNG FU PANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!  To see a preview click here.

Indiana Jones Screening

We went and saw a press screening of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Me and Sam were matchy matchy. We all enjoyed the movie. They did a good job sticking to the old trilogy, while adding new elements. Three out of four stars. Steven Speilberg is the master of the elaborate action scene!

Great Quote…Even from a Laker!

nba_g_fisher_580.jpg

You guys are familiar with the Derek Fisher saga that has played out over the last year, I’m sure. If not, click this link to ESPN.com and you can get the whole recap, but in that article was a great quote. And as I step into the unknown, accepting a new job, it rings true, but it also rings true with everything we experience. Shame on Jazz fans to boo Fisher. You can cheer for your team without being classless. Anyhow, the quote -

“What’s crazy about life is when things happen, even what you perceive to be negative at a certain point, it’s all preparation and practice for what’s to come next.”

Twilight Trailer
