A Kung Fu Panda Review

Today my family, my Aunt Mary, and I went too see “Kung Fu Panda”. I have to admit there were some parts where I was like “what’s going to happen” or “oh boy.” Please don’t take that the wrong way and please, please don’t say “Sorry kids we’re not going to see Kung Fu Panda.” “Why Mom and Dad?” “Because Emma’s review said it was a little bit scary.” Yes folks do not do that because then your kids will never talk to me again. Anyway, it was really funny, these two little girls in front of me were laughing so hard. My opinion is it’s funny, it’s full of fun action, and it is more then I thought it would be. Here are 5 reasons: 1.It is so funny. 2.The movie didn’t break down like it usually does at that movie theater. 3. Most of the theater was laughing. 4.It was one of the greatest movies so far this year. 5.It’s a great movie for any age. So what are you waiting for GO SEE KUNG FU PANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!  To see a preview click here.

Upcoming Events

Just a reminder to everyone:  Next week, June 12, is Chase’s Baptism at 8:00 PM. The 13th and 14th is the Robinson Reunion in Heber.  Mother already sent out the information to everyone. The 15th, Sunday, is Father’s Day, Rod’s Birthday, and the blessing of Cache.

The week of July 7th is the D&B Reunion at the cabin. July 26, a Saturday, is the Cook Reunion in Bloomington Idaho. There will not be camping, just a day of fun with the cousins.

June 6th is Mother’s Birthday. Tonya’s is July 9th. Andy’s is July 12th. Sam’s is also in July, if you want to bring gifts to any of these events. Update your calendars if you haven’t already. If I’ve missed anything, let me know.

New York! New York!

I got accepted into the New York City Marathon! I’m so excited! It’s on November 1st. I’m hoping Sandy, Emma and Sam can all come to watch me run and to spend a little time in the city. Now the tough but exciting part is around the corner. Not only training (I’m doing TOU, so that works well), but raising $3,000 for pediatric cancer research! The goal is to achieve $1,500 by September 5, 2008 and the other half by October 17, 2008. I know it will happen!
