The Daily Plate

I realize people are gearing up for the cruise, looking to drop some extra pounds, so with that in mind, I introduce you to The Daily Plate. I love this site. It helps you track your weight loss goals by incorporating a calorie tracker, daily journal, support groups and an exercise tracker - plus, it’s free. Oh, and they have a HUGE database of food, so you simply search for the food you ate and then add it to your “daily plate.”
