Well folks, it’s once again that time of year. I was thinking this afternoon while listening to conference about when we were kids. Mother would take us down to get a ceramic to paint. We would break out the blocks and see how high we could stack them before they’d topple to the floor. Father would have the “PIP” on, flipping through the other stations while “listening” to conference. Good memories! What are your favorite conference memories?
One of the cool features about the new Halo 3 game is the hi-res screenshots you can download from the game. Yes, after the game is over, you can go back, watch a film of it and save movies and pics. Below are some samples. The first is me and Kathy on a tense one point win (I’m to the left, she is to the right); the next is a close-up of Kathy and the last is Amy skyjacking some dude out of his Banshee airplane. Fun stuff. And yes, we are nerds.
Chase has been playing flag football this year! He is doing very good at it. He has even scored a few times which is great because he is playing on a team with kids older than him. They didn’t have any more room on the 1-2 grade team so he is on a team with 3-4 graders. They have tied one game, lost one game and have won 2 games so far. They have 3 games left. It’s been so fun watching him this year.
