We had bacon wrapped chicken/mushroom/pineapple kabobs marinated in a soy sauce/honey mix. We also had fruit kabobs with a spicy/sweet glaze made from jalapeños, red chili powder, lime juice and a syrup made from just sugar and water. Pretty tasty, except Sandy wasn’t a big fan of the fruit kabobs. We had my mom and sister over. It was fun!
