After a day of yard work, soccer and exercise, we did kabobs on the grill. And it made me wonder - why does lemonade only taste good in the summertime?

It was gorgeous outside today. Not too hot and just the right amount of sun and breeze to give our winterized bodies sun kissed cheeks. Sam and Emma helped me in the yard and then ran through, as Sam calls it, “the sprinkles.”

Can you guess what vacation won in the voting? Now, give me your input as to when and where! WE ARE EXCITED!!
A few samples, and the rest at Flickr. Happy Sunday!

Pi Mai Lao means Lao New Year (April 15th). The celebration goes on for three days (April 14th, 15th and 16th). Traditionally they go to the wat and wash off the Buddha. This led to blessing people by pooring water on them. This led to the tradition of soaking everybody at every party. You can click on Pi Mai Lao to see some photos of the festivities.
Okay all, it is time to live life the way it is ment to be lived. We would have liked to come up earlier, but the girls have soccer on Saturday so we will be up around 4; which sounds like right when we are starting. Natalie and I are so excited to have time to spend with everyone. Eliza went to school on Monday and for Show and Tell she said, “I am so excited! Tuesday tax season is over and my dad will have freedom. He and my mom are going on a date and I get to have a baby-sitter over for the whole night.” It was so cute. She also told our neighbor that on Tuesday we have freedom. It was so funny. When Eliza asked us what we were going to do Tuesday night I said, “what do you think we should do?” She said she thought we would go to the condo for some piece. I just love those little girls.
Well, we did have a great time Tuesday night and an awesome day today with the other Tax Season Zombie family. I always love spending time with our family. Thank you, everyone, for being an AMAZING family. I love you all, Boyd
Okay children. Tax season is over and time to PART-AY!! BOO YEAH! I am getting excited to spend time with you guys. We decided to meet at the Fossil’s at 4pm and start the fun times. I imagin that we will probably eat and have a lesson and then games. Tonya has planned something fun for the kids so it should be fun. She will be calling you with your assignments. I look forward to seeing you guys!
We had the great opportunity to attend Emma and Shayann’s soccer games. They both are great players and have a lot of energy. Keep it up girls!!!
My fingers were icicles, so these are the only pictures you get. Sam’s look says it all. Emma’s team only had six players, so the girls were tired. Emma scored a goal and her team lost 6-2.

The other kids haven’t started yet, but here are some of Kaden. It was a little cold this morning so the kids bundled up.
