Aunt Kathy, Chase, Faith and Spencer traveled from South Jordan to Cache Valley (the “CV” for those who are cool) and hung out with the Morgans and Browns from Tuesday to Saturday. It was good times for all. We played many a round of hot dice (”Chippin’ Away!”), saw a couple flicks (”Night at the Museum” and “Charlotte’s Web”), played some “Halo” and “Gears of War,” chatted, shopped, watched a scary movie (click! click! click! prrrrt!), and Sandy, Kathy and Tonya had Ladies Night at Hamilton’s while Uncle Andy played kid wrangler for a few hours. Thanks for the company! You guys are great!
The Three Nerditos are below and you can see the rest of the good times at FLICKR. I also posted the rest of our Christmas photos on Flickr, so make sure to check those out too. Happy New Year!
It was reported yesterday, that the former dictator was hung. The Iraqi’s put him to death for his ordering the deaths of many in the 80’s. I wonder what this act will bring.
Here is Shay with the Christmas ornament we made. Click here to see some more pictures from Christmas time.

Above is one of my great Assets showing love, kindness and concern to the children of Lao. Go to my photos on Flickr to see the rest of my wonderful assets! Note - the comments are not exclusive to the one written about. All those mentioned could have every comment written about them also. (Be sure to go to the second page of photos).
We went and visited Grandma for Christmas. It was so fun. She still has the tree we gave her. The kids had fun. We played some games, of course, and ate some dinner.

Here are the wise men for Mother.
Amy and I combined for a piano recital in December. It was fun and the kids did great. Here are some pictures. This is Alex’s first concert.

It is going to be a great one. The family might expand, we will be serving our mission and almost done by next Jan. We have smart wonderful grandchildren and children who love the Lord and work hard. We have food to eat, clothes to wear and a home to live in. We are blessed beyond our wildest dreams. Have fun and be safe! LOVE YOU ALL!
Gerald Ford died yesterday, December 26, 2006, at the age of 93. He was the only President not elected. He was selected as V.P. by Nixon, after Spiro Agnew resigned. Then, as V.P., became President after Nixon resigned. Ford pardoned Nixon after Watergate, not a totally popular decision at the time. Now, however, it is seen at a good decision. It helped heal the nation and focus people on the other troubles at hand. Most people called him a person of integrity. He kept himself accessible to the masses throughout his life and was seen as a down-to-earth man. He will be missed.

I wanted to show you a little of the process for the preparation for a dinner which feed about 80 people. Please click here to go to Flikr and go through the photo set. Note the notes on some of the photos. I think it will be fun.
