I do not know how to order these pictures so they are not in any particular order. The first is a young man who sang a Lao song while the young ladies below him danced a Lao d. They all did a great job. The second is some kids entertaining themselves during lunch time. They are playing a game like jacks but with a marble (that bounces on the cement) and straws (for the jacks). The next is a variation of jump-rope. The are holding a rope around two girls about armpit high. The jumper jumps kicking her feet up behind her and snaging an outside rope and comes down inside. Then she jumps and snags the left rope with her left foot and the right with her right foot then when she comes down both legs are outside and the rope is inside her legs. She jumps and reverses the above. Now she is inside. Then she jumps and snags oneside with both feet and when she comes down she is outside. It is neat. The one of me is at the end of the baci everyone ties a string around the wrists of those being blessed and gives a little individual blessing. The one with Barbara is of when we first got there the kids were all lined up to greet us and put lathes on us. It was a fun day!
