Hi from the MTC!

We arrived right at 10:00 and were the first ones to receive our packet. The second thing they made us do is PAY!. Then we got our name tags and it all became official. Then we had a Sister explain everything in the packet, then one talked about insurance then the next table reviewed our shots then we were sent to the bookstore to pay more for supplies then finally to our LITTLE room. We unpacked and then headed to a good lunch and then to our first meeting. We were in meetings until almost 5:00 then we had a great dinner. The evening was for us but we do have a lot of homework to keep us busy.

Interesting article in the Opinion section of the Wall Street Journal about Iran and doomsday prophecies revolving August 22nd. Looks like Grandpa and Grandma picked the right day to enter the MTC. By the way, Dwight & Barb - I mean, Elder and Sister Cook, say hi to the Holy Ghost for us, since I’m pretty sure he lives at the MTC.
